We do not offer returns on made-to-order pieces.
Every Millsdale build is serialized and custom-finished. Each form is unique. This is not inventory furniture.
Repairs & Adjustments
If your piece is damaged during delivery, notify us within 48 hours with photographs. We’ll coordinate a solution—repair, replacement component, or full return if warranted.
Post-installation adjustments (tightening, reupholstery, refinishing) are available by request and subject to scope and location.
Ownership Transfer
Registry updates and post-sale servicing are available to secondary owners.
